Our tenth online colloquium featured a paper by Dr. Anthony Bass entitled "When the Frame Doesn't Fit the Picture." This paper explored contemporary and historical perspectives on the notion of the analytic "frame," with special focus on clinical situations where more conventional notions of the frame are challenged. Panelists included: Margaret Black, Glen Gabbard, Robert Grossmark, Stuart Pizer, and Paul Williams.

The colloquium began on May 14th, 2007 and ended on May 27th and was moderated by Bruce Reis and Daniel Shaw.


The National Institute for the Psychotherapies Training Institute (NIP TI) is approved by the American Psychological Association to offer continuing education for psychologists. NIP TI maintains responsibility for the program.
