This chapter is a revised version of the original paper which appeared in Psychoanalytic Dialogues, 2009, 19:704-722 and also includes material from the book, Good Enough Endings: Breaks, Interruptions and Terminations from Contemporary Relational Perspectives, Chapters 1 &7, (Routledge 2010). |
