The inaugural IARPP Colloquia Series was launched October 22, 2002.

It features a panel discussion of Jody Davies' unpublished paper, "Falling in Love with Love: Oedipal and Post-Oedipal Manifestations of Idealization, Mourning and Erotic Masochism." The discussion among the distinguished panelists promises to be an example of online psychoanalytic scholarship at its best. Please feel free to inform your colleagues about this unique educational experience offered only to members of IARPP.

To celebrate the occasion, the IARPP is offering a special membership opportunity. For anyone joining after October 1, 2002, membership will extend through January 31, 2004. This will enable new members to participate in the three-week web seminar.

The panelists for this seminar are Anthony Bass, Dodi Goldman, Larry Zelnick, Barbara Pizer, Stuart Pizer, Gianni Nebbiosi, Susie Orbach, Adria Schwartz, Owen Renik, Randy Sorenson, Emanuel Berman, and Charles Spezzano. And the moderators are Adrienne Harris and Peggy Crastnopol.
