Airline Information:
American Airlines is offering a special discount for participants of this IARPP 2010 Conference. To receive a discount off the lowest fare for which you are eligible, you or your travel agent may phone: American Airlines Meeting Services Desk at 1-800-433-1790 (From anywhere in the U.S., or Canada) or visit the website at www.aa.com. Be sure to mention Authorization Number A9320AD and the group name: IARPP. You must have this authorization number in order to make the reservation. Reservations for the hearing and speech impaired are also available at 1-800-543-1586. There is a $20.00USD reservations service fee for tickets issued through AA reservations, and a $30.00USD ticketing fee for tickets issued at the airport.
Car Rental Information:
Avis has been appointed the official car rental company for the IARPP 2010 Conference. Special discounted rates including UNLIMITED MILEAGE are available up to one week before and one week after the dates of the meeting. Be sure to protect your reservation needs by making a reservation at least two weeks in advance. Accommodations:
The 2010 Annual Meeting will take place at The Fairmont San Francisco located on top Nob Hill, overlooking San Francisco. The Fairmont San Francisco is offering IARPP conference attendees’ special conference rates of $219/single or double exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 15.5%. To confirm your reservation, contact the hotel directly at 1-800-441-1414. A first night's room deposit or credit card will guarantee your reservation, which must be made by January 23, 2010. The hotel requires at least 48 hours notice of cancellation to receive a refund. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. BE SURE TO MENTION THE IARPP 2010 CONFERENCE TO RECEIVE THE GROUP RATE!
